"Wow, where to begin? We ate here for the first time tonight. Had to try the billionaire bacon. Slow cooked for four hours in maple syrup and brown sugar with various peppers and spices. It’s not crispy but probably very close to pork belly. It was just about the best and most unusual thing I’ve ever had!
Also had the filet, seared to perfection, pink center. Absolutely amazing. My wife had the chicken Marsala. The sweet Marsala reduction was fantastic. Everything was just great.
Our server Kathy was very nice and on the ball. It was a perfect meal.
